Delivery Informations

Tickets are sent by UPS Express. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail as soon as the package is dispatched. Using this number you can locate your package at anytime.

Tickets can also be on « pick up ». This means that you will simply have to collect them directly at the event.

Generally tickets will be delivered by UPS approximately 3-4 weeks before the event.

If you wish your tickets to be delivered to another address than the invoice address, please change it directly on your dedicated customer account, available on the top of our website.

UPS is delivering tickets during the daytime. Please make sure to provide a delivery address where you can personally sign for the tickets during the day.

UPS highly encourage you to use your office address for the delivery.

The shipping cost is based on your delivery address. The amount is automatically calculated when you enter your country on the checkout page.
